Our staff are standing by to help you plan your visit.
Our general line will schedule you for medical, dental, and behavioral health visits, as well as telehealth visits. They are also here to ask any questions you may have about MyChart, your recent visit, or general information about Peoples Center!
You may also schedule a visit for you or a loved one by stopping by our office at 425 20th Ave South in Minneapolis.
Once your appointment is made, you’ll receive follow-up information via email or text reminders about your appointment. You can always call and cancel your appointment, and opt-out of appointment reminders at anytime!
