At People's Center, we believe in treating the health of the whole person, not just the symptoms or disease. When you come for service from one of our experienced and culturally responsive medical providers, they will help you to assess your needs and develop a treatment plan that’s right for you. Whether you visit us on site, or virtually via telehealth, we will make every effort to provide all necessary services without multiple trips to the clinic, and without financial burden.

• Chronic disease management including 1:1 and group education with dietitian/diabetes specialist, pharmacist, or community health worker.
