Weight and Diet Management: Patients with diabetes, heart disease, and other conditions relating to weight management can receive personalized information or participate in group programs led by the Clinic’s Registered Dietitian.

Reproductive Health Services: Free counseling and community education on topics such as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), pregnancy prevention, condom use, and natural family planning. People's Center Medical Clinic also offers STI testing and treatment, affordable birth control methods and pre/post natal care.

Social Services: Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker and other trained staff provide information and referrals around housing, education, jobs and training, WIC, food and other commodities, health insurance, emergency services, and more.
Social workers also help with case management, information about geriatric care and services, and with services for those with special needs.

Low-Cost Pharmaceutical Program:  For eligible patients, medication can be purchased at a reduced rate through a partnership with Ross Pharmacy as part of a 340b program.
