Weight and Diet Management: Patients with diabetes, heart disease, and other conditions relating to weight management can receive personalized information or participate in group programs led by the Clinic’s Registered Dietician.

Social Services: Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker and other trained staff provide information and referrals around housing, education, jobs and training, WIC, food and other commodities, health insurance, emergency services, and more.
