Traffic and Bicycle Details 
 

• Northbound Cedar Avenue reduced to one lane from south of Third Street to the north side of the Cedar Avenue Bridge.  
• Access ramp from Cedar Avenue to eastbound Washington Avenue will be narrowed.  
• Eastbound Third Street at Cedar Avenue will be reduced to one lane.  

Sidewalk Details

• Sidewalk closed on the south side of Washington Avenue between Blegen Hall and the Washington Avenue access ramp from Cedar Avenue. Use alternate route through the University of Minnesota. 
• Crosswalk closed on the southeast corner of Cedar Avenue and Third Street. Use sidewalk on the west side of Cedar Avenue and the crosswalk one block south at Cedar Avenue and Riverside Avenue or the crosswalk at the intersection on the north side of the Cedar Avenue Bridge. 
   

Bus Stop Relocation Details

• Bus stop at access ramp from Cedar Avenue to eastbound Washington Avenue has moved east to Washington Ave in front of University of Minnesota's Blegen Hall. Follow detour eastward on Third Street and through the University of Minnesota to access bus stop.
• Bus stop at the southeast corner of Cedar Avenue and Third Street moved 150 feet south on Cedar Avenue.
